PERSONAL BIO – GARY CLATWORTHY – THE SUCCESS GUY:
After leaving school I qualified as an Electrical Engineer with one of the largest electrical companies in Europe. I joined City Group. The largest office equipment company in the UK, as a Sales Executive successfully building a Sales and Marketing career. I took some time out as a mature student to achieve a Business and Business Administration Degree. I attended the Essex Business School, part of Anglia Ruskin University. After I took a sales role at United Artists Communications. I successfully built a sales career managing a 30 strong sales team. We achieved the highest sales penetration in CATV/telecoms worldwide. I went on to build a retentions department to ensure customer retention and loyalty!
My Business Experience
My first security systems business started aged 25 and for 30+ years I have been a Successful Entrepreneur and Businessman. Currently I own or have connections with 15 businesses. I am the CEO or Non-Exec Director in these companies.
I have business experience in Facilities Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Access Solutions, Engineering Recruitment, I.T. Recruitment, Telecoms, Sales, Marketing, Energy Efficiency, Fashion Brands, IPO’s, Telecoms, Consultancy, Coaching and Mentoring. I specialise in success and love giving consistently fantastic service and value to customers. My business degree gave me the fundamental grounding for business structure and systems. I scale my companies successfully, some making multi £millions. I create great teams of great people and empower them.
My Beliefs
My culture and core beliefs are born out of positivity, dedication, honesty and reliability. Being passionate about building long term win/win relationships. I am always giving the very best value I can, and I look to always receive it. Consistently I work to be the best I can be.
My Life Experience
At 16 years old I attended my first self-development event. I have continued my development and success to this day. I’ve been involved in coaching and mentoring for 25 years. I have worked with a business coach myself. It makes me proud to have worked with some of the World’s Top Business Growth Coaches. I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have studied Neuro Linguistic Programming. Neuro Associative Conditioning and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and use these myself and with my clients.
I help people to have a success mindset and conquer their self-limiting beliefs. Plan their version of success. Build success systems in all Key Functional Areas of their business. Build great teams. Set up great marketing and sales systems. With the intention to achieve a great return on investment and make significant profits.
As a Business and Life Coach/Mentor I use my expertise to help you achieve incredible success.
I love to keep fit and healthy and I love family time. This includes playing golf, cycling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and tennis. I have my own home gym in which I train 5 days per week. Lots of these activities involve family and we have great fun together.
I Practice Yoga and Meditation to keep great balance in Mind Body and Spirit. I love music and have my own music studio to produce in, love great food, wine and great company. Love to travel and meet interesting people. Love charity and helping people. I even have my own charity called ‘GIVE10’ which helps people who can’t afford essential things they need.
